So I have almost a 3 year old tabby who is the sweetest thing. When he gets scared he likes to find a little spot to hide and feel safe. We just moved and our new apartment doesn’t have any hiding holes in the cabinets, and we have hardwood floors so he’s not hiding under the bed anymore either. I have some blankets in a spot in the living room, and closet he likes to curl up on, and he’s taken up room in our little cubby cube organizer (he has a cube to himself). It’s not what he’s wanting though as we currently have a horrible thunderstorm and he did his crouch run he does when he’s scared, and jumped up behind the water heater.
Anyone have any advice how I can making him his own little hiding spot where he feels safe and comfortable?
He does have a cat tower and a poofy cat bed but they don’t make him feel super safe during a thunderstorm.
