My cat is 12yrs old, 10lbs, male neutered. But for the last few years we've noticed he'll pee in certain areas of the house, like a certain spot on some kitchen cabinets, some spots in our utility room, and sometimes in furniture.
His litter box is always clean, he has a special food he eats (something about urinary tract), we'very even tried a calming collar but he still does it from time to time.
We do have another male cat in the house who is 4yrs old and is also neutered. They get along fine and Arthur (the other cat) only rubs his face on corners if things and doesn't pee anywhere to mark territory or anything and both cats gwt along quite well.
So why is my older cat still peeing around the house despite all I've done?
