Advice for getting my cat to go on walks with me ðŸ˜

My girl is a bit of a chunky monkey right now and her vet would like her to get more exercise and lose a few pounds. She doesn't really love to play with toys, she has a cat tree, a tunnel, so many different balls with bells and scents and cat nip but she's so gd lazy. I'm trying to get her to walk everyday but this is what she does every time. We get to the porch, or the steps and she just lays. She loves being outside, but not moving. Any words of encouragement?
