She has never been outside. We live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, there is nothing out there but a hallway. She is scared of any people that aren’t me. Yet she SCREAMS so loud every time I walk near the door if she is there.

There is two things I can think of, either she wants the door open because cat. Or, she knows I leave for 8 hours out of that door every single day and gets anxious near it. I dont know. Is there anything else that could cause this? It is driving me insane. My cat has a kitten mew so her loud meows are insanely high pitched and when you are tired it is not something that you would particularly like to hear. How can I stop this?
