I have two ten year old cats and it looks like I'm allergic to them. This seems to be the root cause of my severe obstructive sleep apnea, which has caused me to late for work for the last five years due to always waking up late/groggy. I want to purchase over-the-counter medication to solve this problem, but don't know exactly what I should take. Co-workers and friends have suggested Zyrtec, Claritin, or Benadryl. I have also found an Equate version of Zyrtec.
Any other suggestions?
