I have a 1 year 8 month old male cat and i think he has a urethra blockage. It's 7:30 PM here in my country and there's no vet available right now so i just want to ask if i can do something for my cat to ease his pain. He frequently goes to his litter box but nothing happens, he cried or like a meow that you can understand that he is in pain, maybe around 3 times in his litter since i woke up at at around 5 PM, he's also lethargic, i also saw i think a red substance on his penis so it might be blood and doesn't eat the wet food and treats that i gave him so i know something's wrong since i also woke up with his vomit of unprocessed food near his litter box. I'm kinda nervous because it says on Google that it's life-threatening and he could die if there's no immediate response for 2-3 days. This is my first cat so i don't know what to do.
