Brand new first time cat owner. Adopted a cat at PetSmart and naturally had to buy him cat litter. I bought tidy cat 24/7 cat litter because I was told the cat was familiar with it and that is what the foster parent was using. I was thinking of switching to pine cat litter for ease of sifting and similar to same price but today I bought Arm & Hammer Multi-Cat Litter Deodorizer with Baking Soda because ny cat litter was smelling. I just used it tonight the deodorizer and it instantly got rid of the smell. I was thinking maybe I should keep using clay litter for ease and price and also I worry if I use the deodorizing spray on pine the litter will turn to dust just like if the cat pees on it? Please help me and give me advice.
If I keep clay cat litter I am also thinking of switching to special kitty litter because that brand has 28 day order protection. Thoughts.
