First time cat owner. Is dandruff normal?

It looks really exaggerated on the pic. She only has that on her “butt”. Her skin underneath the hair looks fine though and she grooms herself regularly. She’s eating food her vet recommended, and had blood work done in January, everything was fine. I’m going to the vet next week to get her nails trimmed and it’s time to get her dewormed. I’ll be asking the vet about this too, right now I’m asking out of curiosity.
