I have a really old (~18 years old) cat living at my grandmothers house. I see her every now and then and over the past few years you can tell she's aged quite a bit. First she lost her voice quite a while ago, everytime she meows it's like it's just a small exhale of air. Recently my dad and I noticed her hearing is either really bad or completely gone, she'll be sleeping and we'll call out to her and she won't respond, or she'll be walking around and we can walk right up to her without her even realising until we pat her. It's quite sad, we love her a lot and I've quite literally grown up with her. Is there any advice that anyone can give me for next time I see her?
