Garlic Pesto Salmon

I was eating a 6oz serving of baked garlic pesto salmon. My cat go to my left overs which was a few small flakes and pinches the size of maybe a fingernail. I'm pretty sure they only ate 2-3 fingernail tip size portions. I looked up and saw garlic is bad for cats, how concerned should I be about this? The salmon was lightly smothered and I'm not even sure if the flakes she got to contained pesto. But now I'm worried because I love my cat and there are no vets open at 1:30am here.
