I rescued a a cat from a neglectful owner and now she's happy
Post Body

I'm an animal lover. I saw a house where the owners were never had me andconstantly had this cat caged outside 24/7 in all types of weather. One day she got out and was sitting on the sidewalk. I opened my vehicle door and she immediately jumped inside. I took her home and nursed her back to health. We grew attached to each other and she sleeps with me every night and loves to nap on me whenever I'm in my recliner or on the couch. I was going to take her to an animal rescue but I grew too attached to her to let her go. She purrs very loud and I nicknamed her my purring machine. I decided to keep her for good. Luckily I live in a different part of town on the other side of Sacramento so the owner that neglected this poor angel doesn't know where she's at. She never goes outside and always stays away from the door until I close it and then she comes out of hiding and jumps back into my lap. Every since I had this cat, somehow my sleep improved because having this ball of warmth snuggle up against me. I immediately fall asleep listening to her purrs and I wake up refreshed. Sometimes she wakes me up either kneading on me or grooming my hair. I'll never let her go.
