It's not really self explanatory? I'm on the latest experimental and i'm trying to heat up food/cook with it but can't figure out how. I have a mounted kitchen in my vehicle, but apparently now that's not enough. I put the hotplate into it which does nothing. The whole mounted kitchen does nothing. I'm assuming i need to power it on or something? But how?

When i try to manually use it, the hotplate needs 35 charges to heat up food but has 0. Doesn't take batteries. I tried putting it into a recharging station but nothing. I can attach it to my vehicle controls, but that does nothing and i can't attach it's cable to anything else in my vehicle. I have dozens of jumper cables and batteries, fuel, but still can't figure this out.
