As the mom of an autistic kid, I feel there's not a lot of interaction between the actually autistic community and parents of autistic kids, and it can get ugly. I promise in advance not to get butthurt and snappy about questions. It's a holiday here, so I thought I'd do this if anyone cares. (Or if you want to laugh at my presumption anyone wants to ask me anything, come have a laugh! 😄)
Background: My son was largely non-verbal at age 2 and received an ASD II dx. He's now 4 and is a great kid. Will answer any questions as best I can.
