I loved it, this show is possibly the best looking show ever made. From some still shots that look like masterpieces, to action sequences with (feels weird to say this about animation but I don’t know how else to put it) incredible cinematography.

Is it weird that my favourite part of this whole season was the Lenore & Hector storyline. I don’t know I just love Lenore as a villain, is she a villain though? I mean she’s pretty reasonable until... you know... she lies to Hector about the ring and leaving together. But look he talked about wanting freedom, and it’s clear that his partnership with Dracula was partially based on a companionship that the two had, when all of humanity pushed Hector away Dracula embraced him and treated his skills not as a monstrosity but as true craftsmanship; whether Hector realised It or not he what he wanted was A. Freedom/Safety & B. Companionship/some one who cares about him. Lenore’s colleagues seemingly would rather him be lock away as he was at the start of season & only dragged out to forge. But hey, he has his wants; they have there wants, and the both got a bit of what they wanted that’s diplomacy. Hector’s freedom is limited to the castle, and his companionship is defiantly not what he really wants (ironic how the man who only wanted to make pets, has now been made a pet) but like... I don’t know... could have been a lot worse; I do think Lenore cares for him in some sense... it’s a twisted care that probably comes with being an immortal, bloodsucking, superpowers being, and she did lie to him... a lot... and gaslight him... a lot... and emotionally manipulate him....

But that being said, am I wrong for not think Lenore is a complete monster, just a being with different morals, I mean they all refer to human as livestock, is it better or worse that she calls Hector he pet?
