I know this question has been asked billions of times but what’s a good starting point?

I played Simon’s Destiny, the DOOM II mod and it peaked my interest in Castlevania and I want to what is a good starting point, the Netflix show or games? And if it’s the games which game, the only systems I have are a low-end PC, 3DS and Switch (which I’m fairly certain doesn’t have a Castlevania game).
