After doing the yellow cap eazyoff in a bag and the 3 seasoning trips in the oven, I'm ready to get cooking again.
What are your favorite things to make in a freshly seasoned skillet? I have heard starches and fats first to build up more seasoning. With "fats", is that ment like bacon? Lard or crisco instead of oil?
