Won a Wagner Ware 20" for $16.50

I was trying to do a picture post but the reddit app doesn't like me. It needs to be reseasoned. No rust other than light surface on the bottom. Flakey on the inside. I do like in an apartment and have a bad wrist from a work injury, so trying to figure out how I can strip it to reseason. Any ideas? This is my first non lodge piece.
