I love my stove one because it is level. This means when I cook bacon the grease stays with the bacon instead of flowing to one side of the pan causing the bacon to stick. Now it doesn't stick. I am really enjoying using my cast iron on it.!!!!! Today was the first time I cooked bacon that did not stick! Cast Iron for the win!
and I have better heat control. My cast iron does not get too hot and burn food.
*However my pans now take forever(like 10-15 minutes) to get hot. on my old stove 5 minutes at most to get it hot. only good thing about it.
