Post Body

Hey, I plan on making some fried rice next week in my new skillet and was wondering how high could I heat up the skillet before the seasoning starts to degrade?

Keep in mind I'm going for a nice sear on my rice so I do plan on heating it empty then dumping the fried rice back in.

Specs: lodge skillet 12"

Thanks for the help!

Edit: "I'm vegan"- Every Vegan. 9/10 I'll state an animal products since we can both reference that for cooking time better. The first thing I'm making is homemade black bean burgers! And thank you so far for all the information!!!
