Brand new Lodge pan. Now what?
Post Body
I had had a cast iron pan that went across the plains from Illinois to Utah a long ass time ago. It cracked, and I donated it to the pioneer museum.
I just got a new lodge pan that is preseasoned, and I wonder if there is anything I need to do before using it. I cared for my old pan for 30 years and just don't know how to start over.
