Last update on the burnt Le Creuset.

All the cleaning technique’s were extremely helpful. I was able to get a lot of the crud out of the pan. Unfortunately I can now clearly see that the ceramic is coming up and that is not good news for this wonderful pot. I have lots of pictures and I am reaching out to Le Creuset directly and seeing if they are willing to help me. I know this is all my own doing and the lesson is learned about temperature and setting alarms. Fingers crossed that Le Creuset can come to the rescue!
