Not Safe to Use Cast Iron?

Post Body

I have a very small (like for one egg) cast iron I was gifted. Never really used. It's a Lodge.

I have read the FAQs and it doesn't seem my question is covered. It's kinda weird. The pan got moved around (and accidentally left out). Pan was exposed to paint (when the kitchen was painted) AND the when bug bombed and pan exposed to that too.

Have all those chemicals leeched into and been absorbed by the cast iron? Do I need to toss? Or is it safe to clean and use per the FAQs?

Thanks much in advance.
