I have a 10in lodge and a #10 12in Wagner. I am planning on making biscuits and gravy tomorrow morning. Using the lodge for the gravy and the Wagner for the biscuits. Do I need to preheat the Wagner first before hand or would it be fine to put it in room temp? Don't want to ruin either biscuits or skillet.
