What's better for tape recording Philips D8277 or Panasonic 680rx?

I come here once looking for an advice, I have the option to either buy a D8277 or a 680RX in good conditions.
I think 680RX will do a good job but not quite sure if with that one I can record mixtapes from my phone.
Any advice will be high appreciate
