It's not hurting anyone, it just gets a bit tiring given how often people just off the cuff diagnose autism. People can be quirky and confused, or excitable without being autistic. In this particular scenario I wouldn't be surprised, but also it's not canon whether she is or isn't, and personally, my best friend(has Asperger's) is also one to try to diagnose any character he likes as potentially autistic, just so you understand where the tiring part of constantly hearing characters be called symbols of autism.
TLDR, wouldn't be surprised if she is autistic, but it gets a bit tiring hearing about how somehow 3/4 of likeable fictional characters just get chucked into th autism category when we can't confirm one way or another
