Corruption of files (again)

We really need tags in this subreddit, legit😅
I’m updated to the latest version. After shutting down CB through the task manager, I came back to find that my file had been corrupted. Even the .tmp that supposedly secured my save was problematic. Is there any way to recover my file or am is this an L?
