I have never received a point while working 5 years at Carvana then suddenly given 8 because I am night blind (confirmed by state and doctor) an I cannot drive myself in the dark so my start time fluctuates my line leads were cool with it and understood the situation. Suddenly our new GM had me pointed saying that my schedule says I'm supposed to be there by 7:30 am and that's all there is to it they can't "give me special treatment" even though it's physically impossible for me to drive to work that early. I have had an accommodation in place for 2 years that is technically insufficient BUT my line leads were pretty understanding about it so I left it be. I was told this is all on me and it's no one's job to fix this except for me. Now I have to cover the time I come in late with PTO until I run out and then get fired after that Anyone else had similar issues?
