Post Body

Hello all, decided I wanted to share my story and here other people’s story. I decided to get a car off carvana about 3 weeks ago. I decided to get a 2012 civic with 90k miles. Carvana was super easy to work with, got me approved and set up to take delivery of the car the same week (applied on a Monday and got it delivered Friday.) the car came on time and I was happy and all until.... 2 hours into owning the car I realized there was over spray tape lines on the rear panels as if something was repaired and that side of the trunk would always squeak when I opened or shut it. Not a deal breaker whatever. Non of the key fobs worked until I changed the battery. No big deal. 2 days later I realize multiple fluid spots in my driveway. I called silver rock ( carvanas insurance/ repair company) I assume. The gentleman tells me there is a local mechanic they work with in my town. Take it to them and they will cover the inspection fee to see what’s wrong. I take it down there and sure enough they tell me it’s leaking from the rear main seal (oil) and the transmission seal is leaking. I HAVE NOT EVEN PUT 30 MILES ON THE CAR. This was clearly on carvana. And the garage said they see it all the time with carvana cars. I called carvana and ***** up a storm. I needed a reliable car for my wife and kids. They told me they would swap it out with anther civic in stock and have it at my house in 2 days. And they wanted me as a customer. And they would make sure this next one was very checked over. So I took delivery of the 2012 Honda today with 47k miles. First 5 miles down the road I’m hearing a loud thunk/pop at stops and turns. I feel defeated and want to give up. I can’t go longer without a car. But don’t want to risk keeping a pile of garbage.ANY INPUT? Hoping that if I keep the car carvana will keep to there word on Getting it fixed for me if I decide to keep it. Thanks.
