My Carvana Review Pt III
Post Body

So im sure most of you have read part one and part 2. If you have not, I suggest you head over to those post for an in depth review.

Here we are on day 7 of my car ownership. I wanted to let you know how things have progressed. First off, thanks to the many of you who wrote me asking for a promo code, Im sure I used all ten, but continue to give them out because they are still saving you $500.

So after taking delivery of our new car, we drive it home from Atlanta back to Alabama with a GA temp tag on it good for 45 days. The rain finally stops for a day, and we are able to take a good look at the outside of the car, not wet, and its just as the website described. I attempt to log into my Carvana account to see the car I purchased a day prior and its no longer on the website. Wow that was fast. So I call the customer service (both Carvana and Silver Rock) to discuss the few little items I requested be fixed, Carvana sent me a check for the replacement batteries for the key fobs, and I also complained that the detailing was not as acceptable as I wanted it. They also mailed me a check for $150 to cover this. I contacted Silver Rock about an alignment, and the Bose stereo speakers not working like they should, and they instructed me to take it to the Mazda dealership where they authorized the diagnostics, but would have to call and authorize the repair when work was needed, with no deductible required due to this was "we owe" on the Carvana side. So we head off to Mazda on Monday, the call was made on a Saturday. Mazda, goes over the vehicle and determines it needs an alignment and a new harness for a speaker on the Bose. Mazda is hesitant about third party warranties but calls silver rock and SR authorized the repairs, 2 hours later, everything was done, and SR paid, and we are on our way. This really has been such a simple process, everyone has been so transparent, helpful, and great to us. It really is a better way to buy a car. I hope my reviews have helped you determine if Carvana is right for your purchase, and I still have the promo code for $500 off your car, if you are interested, just shoot me a message, and ill hook you up.

PS Carvana tells me that my $100 referral check does not send out until you have kept your car on the 8th day. So for future reference, you won't get the referral check for several weeks, as the cars are being held up with the test drive, and buyers paperwork!
