The PPG created a new sister, the same way the professor made them.. but they did not use the right ingredients, and the new sister was defect and unstable.
The PPG treated her as a true sister, and brought her on mission.. but she screwed up alot, but the PPG did not give up on her, and cheered her on.. but by the end of the episode, she, being unstable, simply exploded.. ..
