What are the different names around the world for commonly used car terms?

My uncle was born and raised in Nigeria most of his life. Nigeria adopted most of the British English, and living in America with Nigerian parents I sometimes conflate words that are otherwise used across the pond. My uncle has always referred to short bed trucks as “lorries”, the trunk as a “boot” and recently while working on his F-150, the grounds that run across the engine as “earths”. That got me thinking, what are the different names for commonly used car parts/stuff around the world?
