Dealership wouldn't tell me the money factor for a lease. Is this normal? [advice]

I am looking at new vehicles. I sat down at the dealership to see what kind of lease offers they have on a certain model. Asked about the money factor, which I believe is extremely pertinent information and completely reasonable to ask about. The dealership refused to say until I was ready to sit down and make a deal.

Is it just me, or is this not a douchebag move? Am I wrong? Is this a common thing?
