How do I get my confidence back after an accident?
Post Body

(relatively new driver) So I was trying to park on this pretty weird street, where all the parking slots were on quite a slope. I was taking quite a while to get in because this was quite difficult, and my family was yelling at me to hurry up because I was blocking the road, so I stepped on the gas and rammed the wall.

I'm really afraid to push the gas now - my speed has dipped so much because I can hardly depress the pedal. Everything's become as stressful as when I first started driving, and uphill slopes are terrible to me now.

I'm practically paralyzed on the road. I mean, everything used to be so easy and smooth, but now I feel worse than my first lesson. I can feel my hands vice gripping the wheel and my foot squeezing the brakes when I'm in any kind of slope or tight spot.
