so ive been on craigslist a lot lately and found a 5 speed 1989 accord for $800. no known issues except for some rust near the rear quarter panels. 200,000 miles on it, but thats 50,000 less than my current daily driver Buick Century. i want this car as a potential DD or project car. I love the way it looks, and i seriously want a manual as i haven't had one before. The fact that it is so cheap is the main reason i want i though as i dont really have a huge income to spend on a second car. am i being dumb? or will this be a good learning experience/replacement for my current POS DD?

Edit: wow a lot of responses. I think I'm gonna go through with it once I get it inspected and such.
