How many of us cars guys and gals are actually anti public transportation? [Please read below for context]
Author Summary
Post Body

I've been a car guy my whole life. Love cars, love car tech, love malaise and quirks of all kinds of cars. I even love driving. But I hate commuting. I live in SE Tennessee and hate hate hate commuting in my car. I wish I could take a light rail or even a reliable bus to work and school but with my commute there's no avoiding a near hour drive.

In 2024 driving should be a hobby and a pleasure. Not something forced upon us by our lack of infrastructure.

Comments

I’m very pro-public transit and pro-cycling. Thankfully I live in Portland, which is great for both.

Haven’t actually needed my car in months.
