I just replaced my rack and pinion replaced, along with my tie rod ends. When I turn, i hear a popping noise under my feet. This clunk/pop sound seems to effect where my steering wheel needs to be to drive straight. If I am turning right and hear the sound, my wheel will need to be slightly off centered to the right to drive straight. And the same thing for turning left. It is especially noticeable when I am backing out of my parking spot. From what i can tell, this only happens at slow speeds or while parked/stopped. Any ideas what this could be?
