My car radio turns on when the car is off.

This was my dads old car before he gave it to me last year, it’s a 2007 Honda Accord and when I turn the car off sometimes the radio will turn on and drain my battery. I’ve gotten a new battery and taken out the fuse for the radio but I was wondering if anyone knew what was causing this so I could get it fixed. Also if anyone can give me and alternative method for mucus like a good surround sound speaker for my car I would appreciate that too.
