My 13 RDX AWD V6 Tech Package is at around 145700 miles. I know a bit about motors, suspension, brakes and matter cylinders, water pumps, results, etc. But I don't know harder jobs.

The power has been lesser than I remember. Sometimes it cooks and other times it is super sluggish. Today I was driving and when I came up to a stop sign from about 40mph I stopped but I heard something wind down like it was spinning still while the things around it weren't. It sounded pretty centered under the frontish of the car, but it is hard to tell when I am in the vehicle. I know that's not a ton of information to go off, but I was wondering if anyone has any ideas? Ask any questions and I'll answer them to the best of my ability.
