Help Needed With Lighting

Hi I just got my 50mm canon lens and I bought a CPL filter from ProCam for like $40 but I noticed that the CPL filter from ProCam has a headlight ghosting that is far more noticeable than my cheap polarizer from best buy. is there anything that I can do to remove the glare.
