Topic. I use the computer for work every day and often type a lot. I have so far avoided any kind of injury by taking breaks, but I am hitting a stride and typing a lot more now.
Prevention is better than cure, so I am asking here. Some YT videos recommend keeping your hands straight while typing? Currently I rest them on the keyboard, which is a no-no?
My posture/chair are alright as far as I know, and I take regular breaks (a necessity for any kind of computer work)
I've also read on Reddit/Google about braces and other exercises one can do to strengthen your wrists?
