Is there a pest-attracting plant that most pests would go for over carnivorous plants?

Post Body
I have an infestation of what appears to be aphids and I remember reading somewhere that someone used to just get a plant that they like and toss the plant when they all migrated off the carnivores. I think this is a good idea since I want to avoid using pesticides. But I need something that works indoors and out since I moved some probably-infested-plants indoors. Also would like maybe one that repells them after that works indoors and out.
