Frost damage?

Post Body

I know it's getting colder outside but I didn't realize last night would be in the low 30s where I live and woke up to frost on the ground. Naturally I go outside to check on my plants and THE SOIL HAD FROZE.. I started looking online trying to figure out what to do and decided to leave them out to thaw naturally which they did 😮‍💨. I've now brought them inside to prevent anymore potential damage but I'm not sure on what to do next. Do I just leave them in my garage? Should I just bring them in at night and leave them out during the day? This is my first winter dormancy and any tips or info would be greatly appreciated.
