Sorry for not posting in a few days, hope everyone is staying safe and on track with their journey. I'm doing good myself, so here is an update since my last post.
Day 15 (Sunday March 15) Carnivore Diet Meal was 2.5 pounds of carne asada meat, sorry I couldn't post had a bbq some buddies, one of which is on a keto diet.
Day 16 (Monday March 16) Fasted, had straight black coffee in the morning, and water through out the day. but ate a handful of pork rinds before bed.
Day 17 (Tuesday March 17) Fasted, straight black coffee in the morning, water through out the day. No snacks.
Day 18 Fasted, straight black coffee in the morning, water through out the day. Not really hungry, but debating to snack on pork rinds.
