I posted in the group a few months back and was told “stick to eggs bacon ground beef for the first few days” I want to know the dos and don’t for three months. I workout 6 times a week (weight lifting) and take pre, pump and amino supplements and well as my men’s daily vitamin and fish oils as well as a fat burner, Tudca and joint vitamin. Should I cut these off? Can I eat fish? Is there a specific diet to maintain a 2500 calorie intake? If anyone is local to Austin Texas and could show me the ropes I would greatly appreciate it!
Sorry if this seems a bit too much just really want to start and see what I can gain from being on the diet.
