For reference I’m 4’11 and about 115lbs give or take, I really don’t weigh myself. I’m just curious if there’s a point of too much protein, even if I was still hungry. Yesterday I ate a pound of bacon, 3 eggs fried in the fat and then about .5-.75 of chicken dipped in half a stick of butter.
I read the bacon has about 170 grams of protein, plus the 21 from the eggs and 70 grams from the chicken. That puts me at 261 grams of protein for the day. I ate it all without any issue and till satiated. Still just not sure if that’s way too much or not.
Side note: I am about to start my menses and usually eat a bit more around this time.
