I’ve been on carnivore/keto hybrid diet since April roughly. Came to it naturally, not forced. I’ve started following Eddie Andrew on IG and slowly eliminated mostly all plant food from my diet . I feel AWESOME. I started at around 136lb and now down to 126lb. I weight train 4-5 days per week. Yoga and weight lifting. I never expected the weight to come off so easily. I’m a little worried about that. Will I hit plateau? Or do I need to artificially increase my calorie intake? I consume around 2000-2200 calories per day.
P.S. my only plant food are berries. Everything else is animal based .
