Got my blood work and I’m worried. Been carnivore for almost 2 years. Been feeling great. Workout 4-6 days a week and feel strong. I’m 53 and male. Not gonna say I’m perfect all the time but I’m really consistent. I eat primarily ground beef, eggs, butter, bacon and cheese. I’m starting to second guess my self and the carnivore lifestyle. Looking for guidance with these numbers. I don’t see my doctor for another 2 weeks and I know he is going to try to put me on a statin. I will not, but maybe I should consider making some changes.
I would attribute the snoring fix to the weight loss, not to a specific food.

Upvoted because it really is that easy. I like a hard-nosed mentality. Go all in or go away. Down 40 pounds in 8 weeks. Red ink on a paper means nothing to me. I feel good, look good, stopped snoring, blood pressure way down, sleep easier (and less needed), my knees stopped clicking when I go up stairs, and my energy levels are high.
Even IF high cholesterol would take 5 years off my life (which I don't believe), 5 less years of life with an infinitely better quality of life leading to death is well worth it to me.
