Hey y’all, Im 26, 235lbs started at 261lb on the Journey to 200lbs. Currently 5 weeks into the diet, and I am having some concerns. I’m feeling chest pains that run down my left hand and up me left ear. Been having severe Migraine at night and sometimes during the day, something that never really happened before.
Sadly, I am a smoker, I smoke cigarettes and weed.
Ive been drinking 2-3L per day plus 16oz of LMNT mineral. I eat two meals a day consisting Eggs, Butter, Steak, Salt. Usually first meal is Ground beef and 4 eggs, or 4 drum sticks with three or 4 eggs. Evening I usually eat one in rib eye with Shrimp, or Salmon, or Chicken. Im not a fam of the Nitrate in bacon so I don’t dont really eat it.
Before this My diet consisted if Mainly Rice, Beans, Chicken m, and sweet plantains, Lots of Pork, and steak here and there
