Metro Atlanta - where can I find the best bang for buck on good meat/eggs?
Post Body

I know youā€™re supposed to get grass fed/finished (if it doesnā€™t say finished, I understand it to mean they were fed a soy/corn diet at some point) as well as pasture raised chicken and eggs.

Most times in stores all I see is ā€œgrass fedā€ beef (no mention of grass finished) or free range chickens (meaning they are given access to a tiny door for an hour a day and sometimes they never even make it outside bc warehouses are too cramped - so not the same as pasture raised).

Where can I find this stuff and it not be suuuper expensive? Or will I wind up spending about the same or less since Iā€™ll probably be eating less once I acclimate? Should I just order meat online somewhere? issue is itā€™s just me so buying in bulk would be so expensive without having someone to split it withā€¦

Totally new and looking to give this a try and see if it helps some of my health issues, Iā€™d welcome your input! I deal with POTS, MCAS (no anaphylactic shock) hEDS, Dystonia, severe osteoarthritis in my knees and starting to in other joints, Insomnia & mild sleep apnea. Also need to lose something like 50-70 lbs.

TIA!
