I know youāre supposed to get grass fed/finished (if it doesnāt say finished, I understand it to mean they were fed a soy/corn diet at some point) as well as pasture raised chicken and eggs.
Most times in stores all I see is āgrass fedā beef (no mention of grass finished) or free range chickens (meaning they are given access to a tiny door for an hour a day and sometimes they never even make it outside bc warehouses are too cramped - so not the same as pasture raised).
Where can I find this stuff and it not be suuuper expensive? Or will I wind up spending about the same or less since Iāll probably be eating less once I acclimate? Should I just order meat online somewhere? issue is itās just me so buying in bulk would be so expensive without having someone to split it withā¦
