Listen y'all, I love my butter and all but I'm having a hard time getting up to a 70% fat without legit eating 12oz of butter a day. The fattiest meat and fish I can find are apparently not that fatty. I have a spreadsheet where I calculate my daily macros based on what I eat, and almost anything I try to plug in lowers my fat:protein ratio.
Is there a cheat code that I'm missing?
Edit: my dumb ass totally failed to account for the fact that, gram for gram, fat and protein are NOT equal in calories. I was already getting way more fat than I expected
